A former Division 1 collegiate student-athlete born and raised in Louisiana, Founder JT, is a Carencro High School graduate, who excelled in Football, Basketball and Track. His talents, rooted in athleticism and passion, propelled him forward to achieve All-State, All-Parish and All-Acadiana honors.

During his time at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, JT showcased his skills on the football field, earning recognition as a 3-time All-Conference and All-Louisiana selection. His exceptional performance included leading the conference in interceptions during his sophomore year and setting a school record for 100+ tackles in a single season leading all defensive backs. His dedication and talent also saw him rank 11th all-time in the school's history for tackles in a single game.

After graduating, JT gained valuable experience in various professional leagues, including the NFL, CFL, and AFL, further honing his skills as a defensive back. Transitioning from his playing career, JT found his calling as a Director of Sports Performance in South Florida, quickly establishing himself as one of the areas top performance specialists.


JT's passion lies in helping athletes of all levels unlock their physical and mental potential. He has extensive experience training individuals across all sports, from youth to professional levels, and has directed numerous skills camps and wellness programs nationwide. With a notable background in the NFL Pre-Draft process, JT brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work.

Through his commitment to excellence and dedication to his clients' success, JT continues to make a significant impact in the world of sports performance and physical fitness.
